  • All charges are unit costs per tradesman.<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 hour minimum job for handymen.<\/li>\n
  • 1 hour minimum job for plumber \/ electrician \/ locksmith \/ carpenter.<\/li>\n
  • 1 hour minimum for \u201cearly bird\u201d slot 7-8am.<\/li>\n
  • Please note that for early bird slot, we cannot undertake work that is likely to cause noise nuisance to your neighbours.<\/li>\n
  • Specialist Carpentry work includes: hanging doors, sash cords, flooring, bespoke shelving, etc. *<\/li>\n
  • Parking is charged at cost where applicable.<\/li>\n
  • Congestion Charge is charged where applicable.<\/li>\n
  • Materials are charged at cost +25%.<\/li>\n
  • Specialist sub-contractors are charged at cost +25%.<\/li>\n
  • Sourcing time for materials is charged at a flat rate of \u00a320+VAT where applicable.<\/li>\n
  • If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking will be applied (\u00a342.50+VAT for a handyman, \u00a375+VAT for an electrician, plumber or other specialist).<\/li>\n
  • For fixed rate bookings, however, or bookings scheduled after 6:00pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
